PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

With over five years of experience in the legal field, Mr. Tong Lin specializes in corporate, commercial, banking, and capital markets matters. He is currently providing legal services to local and international financial institutions, including advising on and drafting complicated financing agreements, security documents, and other related legal matters. Additionally, he has counseled several prominent enterprises in Cambodia on equity and debt securities offerings, public fund issuance under collective investment schemes, as well as trust, corporate, and commercial matters.  

He speaks Khmer and English.

REMARKABLE PROJECTS 

• Advising and assisting 5 companies for their proposed initial public offering (IPO), one of which had successfully listed on Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) with the proposed issuance amount of up to USD 30 million;  
• Advising and assisting 3 companies for their proposed debt securities offering (Bond) with the proposed issuance amount of up to USD 122.5 million, two of which were the first ever Green Bond and Sustainability Bond to have ever issued and successfully listed on CSX in the Kingdom of Cambodia;  
• Advising and preparing financing documents and security structure for foreign financial institutions and investors in providing financing options to local financial institutions and commercial enterprises for their business operations, and other portfolio assignments with the aggregated transaction value of over USD 30 million.
