Our experiences and professional assistance in drafting and reviewing on loan and credit facility agreements for various purposes including corporate, investment, SMEs, home/personal, security documents, policies and guidelines for the various of the bank and financial institutions. In addition, we have provided the strategic advising on complex loans transaction, Merger & Acquisition and legal issues in banking and financial sector.
Furthermore, we also actively assisted clients in preparing various agreements and advising to a leading commercial bank in Cambodia on properties restructuring with the amount approximately USD 100 million, applying for payment service institution license, products approval from National Bank of Cambodia and conducting legal due diligence for a leading commercial bank and one of its shareholders and on MFI during their IPO and M&A process.
Being as panel lawyer for several leading commercial banks in Cambodia, we have also closely worked with legal counsel of the bank and bank’s customers in witnessing on loan documents and registration/deregistration of encumbrance with cadastral office and notarization of all relevant facilities and hypothec agreements. In addition, we have also represented numerous commercial banks and branch of foreign bank to assist in legal representation in litigation matter to recover the default loan.

- Being a panel lawyer for several commercial banks to assist in witnessing on loan documents and registration/deregistration of encumbrance with cadastral office and notarization of all relevant facilities and hypothec agreements.
