Along with our rapidly expanding and dynamic firm, we are looking for one Messenger to gain experiences in our professional environment.

 Vacancy: 1 Messenger

Engagement: Full time
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hard copy of fee quotation/invoice and other documents from Sithisak to clients;
  • Submit hard copy of documents/application to competent authority as requested by team;
  • Collect payment from client as assigned;
  • Maintain and keep record of the receipt and delivering of items in a delivering book;
  • Deliver the delivering item in a safe, timely manner;
  • Ensure that delivery notes are completed and returned to Sithisak;
  • Inspects vehicles and ensures safety when driving;
  • Contacts customers to confirm delivery details; and
  • Perform other secretarial, substantive and administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor/lawyers from time to time.
Education and Experience Requirement:

  •  At least Baccalaureate II
  • Any related experience is preferable
Other Requirement:

  •  Cambodian citizen
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
