Legal Update: Decision on the Determination of Electricity Tariff Rates for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations in Cambodia

On 7 July 2025, the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (the “EAC“) issued Decision No. 120 EAC on the Determination of Electricity Tariff Rates for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations in Cambodia (the “Decision”).
Pursuant to the Decision, all licensed EV charging station operators in Cambodia shall apply the following maximum electricity tariff rates:
