PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Graduated with High honors and holding 2 Master degrees in Business Law from Lumière Lyon 2 University and University of Montreal, Monyneath did her internships in two law firms in France and in a multinational company based in Paris where she earnt experience in drafting various types of legal documents such as commercial agreements and corporate resolutions. Her trilingual educational background and working experience in Cambodia and in France help her gained knowledge and understood well about the correlation between business world and legal sector.
Joining Sithisak, Monyneath’s practices focus on commercial contracts, corporate compliance, financing and investment.
She’s fluent in Khmer, French and English.
