Sithisak’s Announcement: COVID 19

Dear valued clients,

In response to the outbreak of corona-virus disease (COVID-19), Cambodian Royal Governments has issued several legislation to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on companies’ day-to-day operations. The Ministry of Health has recommended social distancing and other precautionary measures.

Sithisak Law Office is attentively following the situation with COVID-19. Our goal is to continue to provide uninterrupted services to our clients, while ensuring the health and safety of our attorneys, staffs, clients and community.

Work Continuity

Our office will remain open for business during this period, as allowed by laws and the Royal Government and will reassess the situation regularly.

Communication with our Office

We do not anticipate any disruption to our services or communications with our office.

Our office will be opening, but will be applying weekly rotating work schedule allowing half of our staffs to work from home and another half to work at office, without effecting our operations. As an infection preventive measure, we limit our meeting in person and instruct our attorneys and staffs to communicate with clients by phone calls, emails and other appropriate telecommunication means.

While we understand that some clients may want to physically come to our office, we are also strictly implementing precautionary measures to maintain hygiene and safe working place. Client will be asked to have body temperature measured. We also disinfect our surface, such as door handles, desks and sofas, and hand sanitizers are also made available at our office.

We know that there will be unexpected challenges in the weeks to come, and our management team is prepared to respond to those challenges.

Please contact our attorneys and staff who are your regular point of contact or our email: contact@sithisa-lawoffice.com or (+855) 23 6373 168 if you require any assistance.
