Mr. Sokvichhai is a Managing Director and Partner of Sithisak Law Office.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Prior to joining Sithisak Law Office in 2018, he served as a legal advisor and a technical assistant in minimum wage setting at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training where he became very acquainted with labour compliance issues and with labour laws and regulations. Mr. Sokvichhai also worked as a legal consultant at a job placement company, where he actively advised clients on employment related matters.
Besides advising on labour compliance issues, He also assists clients in mergers and acquisitions transaction, in preparing and reviewing various agreements, including loan, rental, join venture, property transfer and other commercial agreements. Mr. Sokvichhai also actively engages in legal due diligence investigation in corporate, labour, banking and financial affairs and in litigation. He speaks Khmer and English.
